What to Expect

We developed the Fractional Strategist Program to allow founders and leaders to bring in the benefits of an experienced strategic advisor and facilitator without the expense of an in-house strategy director.

One-on-One Facilitated Strategy Calls Twice Per Month.

We meet twice per month for two to three hours per meeting where we work one-on-one with your leadership team to facilitate strategy sprints around one or more of your brand, product, audience, messaging, or naming.

On-Call Strategy Director.

In between calls, we offer unlimited email availability to your strategist so we can answer any questions you run up against and make sure we get you unstuck rapidly.

Emergency Zoom Access.

We also make emergency Zoom access available wherever possible in case you're just stuck and need to work through something in person.

Dedicated Email Channel & Web Space.

Each member of the Fractional Strategist Program receives exclusive direct email access to their strategist along with a dedicated web space containing links and replays of all calls, strategy reports, and downloads allowing you to access your assets any time between calls.

Strategic Planning As Part Of Regular Business.

The Fractional Strategist Program is scheduled in 12-week blocks with two calls per month. This allows you to make strategic planning a part of your regular business activities to ensure continual forward momentum.
